About Summit

Show up. Prove it. Own it.

Three rules Marcus and Elena Ford wrote on a whiteboard in 2015. Ten years, 200 clients, and 40+ crew members later, they still run the company.

Our Story

Two office contracts and a promise.

Summit started in 2015 with Marcus and Elena Ford, two office contracts, and a promise: show up every time, document everything.

They'd both worked in Las Vegas commercial real estate and knew what facilities managers hated most — cleaning companies that ghosted, missed spots, and shrugged when it was raised.

So they built Summit around the opposite: consistent crews, photo-documented quality reports after every service, and a 24-hour correction window on anything missed.

Today Summit runs 40+ trained crew members across the Las Vegas Valley, serving 200+ commercial clients from Summerlin to Henderson. The whiteboard rules haven't changed.
